Nana founded the practice in 1987, with the intention to bring a radical change in the residential design sector of Thessaloniki. Over her more than 35 years of practical experience, she has completed numerous residential design schemes in Thessaloniki and Northern Greece. Having studied Architecture in the Università degli Studi di Roma "La Sapienza" in Italy, she brought the innovative design approach that the Greek property development needed. Nana has always had a particular interest for educational buildings. She has won various design competitions for primary and secondary school buildings, besides leading several private nursery educational buildings from design to construction phases.
Stratos Apostolidis

Civil Engineer
Stratos was trained as a Civil Engineer at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He joined T62: Architects team in 2012, in the field of structural engineering. He is a certified energy assessor, accredited by the Technical Chamber of Greece. Over the past years, Stratos has delivered various design schemes by leading the structural design phases and having the responsibility of the project and construction management. He is one of the partners of T62 Development.
Kostas Tsagkalidis
BEng TEE
Civil Engineer | Founder
Kostas co-founded the practice, being the one responsible for constructing and delivering the design projects to the architect's intentions and requirements. Along the years, he has gotten involved in land development and sales, giving T/62 in such occasions a complete independence in terms of design and delivery to the highest desired quality standards. His 35 years of experience in the construction industry, enables him to always find the most cost-effective and knowledgeable subcontractors and individual craftsmen. Throughout his career, he has worked as a senior project engineer and senior project and sales manager for major construction companies in Northern Greece.
Yiannis Tsigkas
MEng TEE
Mechanical Engineer
Yiannis studied mechanical engineering at the University of Western Macedonia, focusing on Energy Production and Energy Transfer. In 2018 he started his own consulting practise - Tensor. Yiannis became part of T62 team in 2019 as an external collaborator undertaking all the mechanical engineering studies which are required for the office's projects. In 2020, he co-founded T62 Development taking a step forward into the field of property development and land acquisition.
Olga Tsagkalidou

Architect
Olga trained as an Architect at the Department of Architecture of the University of Thessaly in Volos, Greece. In 2015 she graduated from the Architectural Association in London with a MSc in Sustainable Environmental Design (Distinction). She has practised as an environmental design consultant in London, where she was involved in major regeneration schemes and has collaborated with leading UK based architectural practices and development companies. Currently she is based in Greece leading the design and the delivery of various residential developments. Along with Stratos and Yiannis, she co-founded T62 Development partnership aiming to deliver high-quality and sustainable homes.
Vasia Naka

Architect
Vasia graduated from the architecture school of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She joined T62 team in 2022, as a Junior Architect. Her main focus is assisting with the design development and the planning phases of our architectural projects.
